HOW TO TWEAK IMEI FOR BUNDLES (BUNDLES MWITU)



I am sure by now you must have heard about tweaking imei codes for bundles. This is a trick that is working well in Kenya. Have you ever wondered how they do it?πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜• It is a very simple process. You won't even believe it! It is just a matter of changing the IMEI number of your phoneπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.  In as much as the process is simple, getting valid codes for the process to work is a nightmare and requires a lot of wits. These codes require skills to generate. I will only post the tutorial on how to change the IMEI of your phone. For getting valid codes that is a story for another day. But I promise I will post a tutorial on it too.

So whats the IMEI number? It is a number that uniquely identifies a phone. It can be used to give all the features of a particular phone. It is normally 15 digits long. You can view your IMEI number by dialing *#06# on your phone.

Here is how you can change the IMEI number of your phone;

Requirements
  • mtk engineering app
  • Rooted mtk phone (infinix, tecno etc)
  1. Download and install mtk engineering tool apk
  2. Open the app and select mtk mode
  3. Click on CDS Information
  4. Click Radio Information
  5. Choose the sim you want to change the IMEI; whether it is sim 1 or sim 2
  6. After choosing either sim 1 or sim 2, a pop up will appear. Click on the AT + 
  7. The keyboard will pop up. Click on any letter on the keyboard then delete it. You will see something like this AT +EGMR=1,7"" Click on it. That is if you chose phone 1. If you chose phone 2 you should choose AT +EGMR=1,10""
  8. Between the quotation marks enter the IMEI you want to use. That is the new imei that you prefer.
  9. After verifying every digit, you can click on Send AT Command.
  10. If everything went well you will be notified that AT Command Sent Successfully.
  11. You can now reboot your phone and enjoy the new IMEI no.
